Project Sales Engineer (North/Up to $4200 Basic + Commission)

Our client who specializes in the manufacturing, repair, and maintenance of electrical switchgear is expanding and is seeking a Project Sales Engineer to join their dynamic team.

Responsibilities:

1. You will be responsible for working closely with the sales team, preparing, scheduling, coordinating, and monitoring the assigned projects.
2. Interact daily with clients to interpret their needs and requirements and represent them in the field.
3. Perform overall quality control of the work (budget, schedule, plans, personnel performance) and report regularly on project status.
4. Cooperate and communicate effectively with project managers and other departments to achieve delivery goals and technical support.
5. Review engineering deliverables and initiate appropriate corrective actions.

Requirements:

1. Minimum a Diploma/Nitec/Higher Nitec in Engineering qualification.
2. Comprehensive training provided.
3. At least 1 - 2 years of relevant experience.
4. Project management and supervision skills.
5. Experience in QA/QC policies, performance standards, and specifications preferred.
6. Time management and organization skills.
7. Knowledge of design and visualization software such as AutoCAD and BIM would be useful.
