Project & Sales Coordinator

As a Project & Sales Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating with various stakeholders, both internal and external, to ensure all aspects of projects are well-managed and executed flawlessly. You will assist the sales team in managing client relationships, preparing proposals, and maintaining accurate records. Additionally, you will support the project team in planning, scheduling, and executing events, ensuring that all operational requirements are met to meet our clients' expectations.

Responsibilities

1. Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure the successful execution of projects
2. Assist the sales team in managing client relationships, preparing proposals, and maintaining accurate records
3. Support the project team in planning, scheduling, and executing events, ensuring operational requirements are met
4. Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential sales opportunities
5. Assist in the development of sales strategies and tactics to maximize revenue
6. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, competitors, and best practices
7. Provide exceptional customer service and promptly address client inquiries and concerns

Requirements

1. Proven experience in project coordination and/or sales support
2. Strong organizational and multitasking skills
3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
4. Knowledge of event planning and logistics is preferred
5. Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a team
6. Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks
7. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
8. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities

Work Schedule:

This job has the following work schedule:
5 days / week
Monday - Friday
