Project & Safety Manager (West Project, WSH/ WSQ, Playground, Friendly Culture)

Job Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for planning, scheduling, conducting, and coordinating the technical and management aspects of the project.
2. Attend site meetings, inspections, and monitor the project progress.
3. Ensure the playground work is carried out according to tender specifications, drawings, materials, and MOS. Coordinate sub-contractors' playground work and ensure the work is on schedule.
4. Liaise and attend meetings with all parties involved in the project such as consultants, main contractors, sub-contractors, suppliers, and safety officers to ensure successful implementation of the project and manage the daily operations of project execution.
5. Arrange CPSI for equipment safety inspection and EPDM impact test. Attend BIT, Town Council handover, and HDB consultant meetings.
6. Arrange sub-contractors for touch-up, safety rectification work, and repairs.
7. Prepare all safety documents for each site and arrange with the main contractor for SIC. Settle each site safety issues.

Job Requirements:

1. Diploma/Degree in Construction Management or equivalent.
2. 3 - 5 years of experience in project management and safety roles, preferably in playground or similar construction industries.
3. Workplace Safety and Health Officer (WSHO) certification is a must.
4. Knowledge of playground development standards, such as EN 1176/1177, ASTM F1487, or similar international safety standards is an advantage.
5. Proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp) and safety tools like HAZOP or FMEA systems.
