Project Safety Manager

Location: Changi

Responsibilities:

1. Implement office administration procedures
2. Prepare monthly status updates
3. Manage shift duty roster (compliance with Ministry of Manpower)
4. Attend site meetings (safety, progress, variation, coordination)
5. Enforce safety requirements and compliance
6. Review contractor's method statements and risk assessments
7. Provide regular safety performance reports and recommendations
8. Investigate accidents and near-miss incidents
9. Improve Safety Management System
10. Liaise with authorities, consultants, and stakeholders

Qualifications & Experience:

1. 10+ years WSH experience in construction
2. 5+ years WSH experience with developer/main contractor
3. 5+ years WSH experience in deep excavation works
4. 3+ years team management experience
5. Engineering/WSH-related qualifications
6. Registered WSHO with MOM (5+ years practice)
7. bizSAFE Level 2 certification
8. DfS appreciation course certification
