Project Operation Executive (Logistics) - 5 days, East

Summary

• Salary range: $3500-$4500
• 5 days, 8:30am-6pm
• Location: Greenwich, Tampines

Responsibilities

1. Support the adoption of new technologies to improve team operations, assist in process automation, and technology enhancements.
2. Assist with manpower, asset planning, and risk assessments for various business functions and accounts, while reviewing costs and benefits of current processes.
3. Help develop and refine operational policies, standards, and procedures, ensuring adherence to quality standards.
4. Collaborate with multiple departments (Sales, HR, Finance, IT, etc.) on project activities, logistics solutions, and supply chain improvements.
5. Contribute to planning and implementing innovative logistics solutions and provide input for workflow analysis to improve supply chain processes.
6. Track key milestones in technology projects and monitor activities to meet stakeholder needs, including supporting ISO audits and company certifications.
7. Stay updated on logistics technology trends, identify potential applications, and support project implementation, including providing assistance to the Malaysia office as needed.

Requirements

1. Diploma in Logistics / Supply Chain Management or a related field.
2. At least 3 years of related experience in Supply Chain.
3. Experience in new project planning and project implementation.
4. Proficient in Microsoft Office (i.e. Excel (VBA), PowerPoint, Project Plan, Visio & PowerBI).
