Project Manager
To manage and to oversee the day-to-day construction activities of the project.
To develop and formulate cost-effective plan for timely completion of project within the budget and to implement execution plan.
Monitor the construction productivity, schedule, performance and investigate reasons for any unsatisfactory performance. To also provide recommendations and measures for improvement.
Manage subcontractors’ works to ensure compliance with contract requirements and the quality of work. To monitor the quality of project delivery to ensure it meets the project requirements and regulations.
Liaise with authorities, consultants and subcontractors for matters related to the construction of the project.
Ensure that all workplace safety standards, rules and regulations are being complied at the construction sites and throughout the project.
Responsible to site progress according to schedule set.

Minimum Requirements:

Site Manager
Responsible to site progress according to schedule set

Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Professional Degree in Engineering (Civil) or equivalent.
At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably Manager specialized in Engineering - Civil/Construction/Structural or equivalent.
Archi Coordinator
Supervision and check all architectural works and coordinate with engineers, archi-coordinators, sub-cons and inspection with RTOs
Supervise and inspect all Architectural works to ensure quality of work
To monitor and ensure all works are carried out in accordance to approved drawing/specification and complete within schedule time
Be responsible for the planning and scheduling of time and resources for building construction projects
Responsible for all on-site technical and engineering matters
To ensure works carried out meet company’s quality standards & contractual requirements
To monitor project progress and schedule and track the progress and time required when there is a delay/disruption to project
To develop detailed workplans and cost estimations of approved items to forecast cost and workforce requirements to allow efficient scheduling of works

Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Architecture or equivalent.
Preferably Executive specialized in building construction or equivalent.
Project Engineer/ Site Engineer
Able to interpret civil, structural drawings and details
Lead, coordinate and manage civil & structure of the project
To lead the C&S Team in planning and execution of day – to – day operations
Ensure civil and structural requirements meet project submission and project schedule

QAQC Engineer
Perform checks on the structural, architectural and M&E materials/works to ensure that the final touch-up works are ready for inspections.
Conduct regular inspections to ensure works are in compliance with method statements (in accordance to BCA’s Good Industry Practice)
Monitor the performance of subcontractor workers for all trades and ensure any defects are properly rectified
Involved in preparing relevant QA/QC reports
Involved in implementing QA/QC plans and ensure PPVC quality before delivery
Ensure the functionality of the product before handing over to buyers
Assist in preparing for QM submissions
Assist in yearly ISO audits
Assess, feedback on the construction process and procedures
Execute quality control as per site specific materials and Works Quality Plan.
Conduct relevant training for sub-con and internal staff.
Issuance and handling of Site Memo.
Monitor undertaken corrective and preventive actions against non-conformities.
Arrange and liaise with BCA for CONQUAS/QM assessments.
Recommends solutions for critical and/or frequent recurring defects to Project Team.
Ensure all the method statements used have obtained approval from the clients and consultants.
Follow-up all the required tests as per contract requirement.
Attend regular site meetings – QAQC, Landscape Coordination Meeting and Client Meeting.
Attend off-site inspection – Precast and Structural Steel Works (Malaysia and Singapore Factory)
Follow the developer’s Quality Inspectors (QI) and Customer Service Officers (CSO) for inspection prior to building handover to owners.
Attend to client ’s defects during Defect Liability Period.
Assisting in handover of the common areas to management team.
Job Requirements:
Min Diploma or Degree related to QA/QC or Engineering / Construction related field
Prior experience related to construction industry (HDB projects etc.) is added advantage
Good knowledge of construction quality control/assurance is necessary
Land Surveyor
Coordinate with Structural team, Archi team, MEP team and respective sub-contractors to carryout necessary setting out.
Cross check all the dimension from the drawing and that in the BIM model.
Liaise with Registered Surveyors for pre-computation plan drawing, setting out and as-built survey for TOP.
Receive and acknowledge control points from the registered surveyor and ensure that all control points are properly and effectively protected.
Carry out Primary and Secondary Control Points survey periodically.
Carry out topographical survey as and when directed.
Reporting verticality monitoring, soffit level, slab level monitoring to engineers for follow up action.
To ensure that all survey instruments, total stations and level are calibrated according to specifications at specified intervals.
To ensure surveying equipments are within range of precision specification to produce best result and accuracy.
To cover more than one project survey works simultaneously upon requested.
Carryout differential levelling and trigonometrical levelling as and when necessary.
Set up secondary control points
To provide grid/reference lines for every floor by the next day of slab concrete casting without delay.
Setting out for all construction works such as temporary sheet piling, ERSS, all sort of piling, pile-caps, retaining walls, tower crane piling/ pile-caps, buildings, boundary lines, infrastructures, landscape, hardscape, drainages, special features etc.
Ensure all setting out are within surveying tolerances.
Requirements:
Degree in surveying / engineering or equivalent. Diploma (or equivalent) holders with relevant experience will also be considered.
Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience
Well verse in surveying technology and in using all kind of surveying equipments.
Good understanding of standard accuracy and tolerances of construction survey.
Proven track record in land surveying.
Independent, diligent, meticulous and highly motivated with excellent team spirit.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD and good knowledge of BIM.
WSHO cum ECO
Deal with all matters pertaining to Work Place Occupational Health and Safety of the Project Site
Conduct Mass Toolbox Meeting
Conduct Monthly WSH Committee Meeting and Conduct Weekly WSHO site inspection
Conduct Emergency Preparedness Exercise (eg Fire Drill)
Conduct Internal Safety Audit
Perform daily site inspection to ensure compliance to all legal & other requirements
Identify unsafe work practices / work conditions and implement control measures to rectify unsafe work
Ensure all control measures that are being recommended are implemented properly
Monitor & assess on the effectiveness of all recommended control measures
Ensure all personnel on site complied to all in-house rules & regulations

Job Requirements:
Min 5 years of relevant working experience in the building construction industry
Diploma in Engineering/ Environmental/Health/Safety) or equivalent will be preferred
Possess a valid registration with MOM as Workplace Safety and Health Officer (WSHO)
