Project Manager (Service)

Job Description:

1. Work with external parties and customers to oversee the assigned projects.
2. Establish project objectives, policies, procedures, and performance standards to be in line with the company policy, contract specifications, and applicable laws & regulations.
3. Coordinate with engineering staff to ensure compliance of work procedures, project scopes, scheduling and work sequence, safety plans, etc.
4. Initiate and maintain liaison with concerned parties to facilitate proper project activities.
5. Monitor and manage project site activities to ensure the completion of projects as per schedule and that the work activities are within the projected budget.
6. Develop project schedules in compliance with customer requirements, deadlines, and/or milestones; develop mechanisms to track schedule progress in the field; and update the schedule regularly.
7. Able to manage an ELV project independently.
8. Provide close monitoring and support (including hands-on if necessary) of the assigned projects/site staff to ensure smooth and effective operation.
9. Ensure all the projects are completed within the timeline.
10. Monitor, review, and manage operation costs and be responsible for the financial performance of all the projects.
11. Responsible for project management including attending all meetings, coordination, and site supervision works.
12. Liaise with consultants, architects, and contractors and handle all technical matters.

Job Requirements:

1. Diploma / Degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering.
2. Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in a similar industry, especially in Building Management System and Extra Low Voltage System.
3. A self-starter, able to work independently with a high level of ownership and responsibility.
4. Resilience, entrepreneurial spirit, self-direction, and strong adaptability.
5. Innovative thinking, thinking outside-the-box, resourcefulness, and good problem-solving skills.
6. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
7. Able to manage ELV and BMS projects independently.
8. Must have relevant experience in one of the following ELV fields: Security, Access Control System.
