Project Manager/Senior Project Manager/Project Director (Main Con A1, BTO - HDB Projects)

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager / Senior Project Manager/Project Director to lead and manage BTO - HDB projects for an A1 Main Contractor. The ideal candidate will be responsible for project planning, execution, and completion while ensuring compliance with regulations, budget, and timeline.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee the full project lifecycle for BTO - HDB projects, from initiation to handover.
• Manage project teams, subcontractors, and consultants to ensure smooth execution and timely delivery.
• Develop and monitor project schedules, budgets, and risk management plans.
• Ensure compliance with BCA regulations, HDB requirements, safety, and quality standards.
• Coordinate with stakeholders, including authorities, clients, and internal teams, to resolve issues and maintain strong relationships.
• Drive operational efficiency and implement best practices in construction management.

Requirements:

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Project Manager or Project Director in an A1 Main Contractor, handling BTO - HDB projects.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent project management and stakeholder engagement capabilities.
• Familiar with HDB project guidelines, BCA regulations, and safety requirements.
