About the Role:
We are seeking a Project Manager (PMO) to drive the execution of key strategic initiatives. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that projects are aligned with business objectives, managing cross-functional teams, and optimizing processes to enhance efficiency and outcomes. You will play a critical role in establishing standardized project governance, tracking performance metrics, and ensuring successful project delivery.
This position requires strong leadership, problem-solving abilities, and excellent stakeholder management skills. You will work closely with senior leadership to monitor project performance, proactively identify risks, and implement corrective actions to drive success
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Management & Execution: Oversee the planning, execution, and successful delivery of multiple projects.
- Governance & Performance Tracking: Establish project governance frameworks, monitor KPIs, and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- Risk Management: Identify potential risks and issues, develop mitigation strategies, and implement corrective actions.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Facilitate seamless communication and collaboration across departments and senior leadership.
- Process Optimization: Continuously refine project management methodologies and best practices to improve efficiency.
- Reporting & Insights: Prepare and present project status reports, insights, and recommendations to leadership.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, management, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience as a PMO or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile).
- Proficiency in project management tools such as Asana
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- PMP or similar certification is a plus.
