Project Manager (Operation)

Connect Energy is partnering with an Oil company to look for a Project Manager (Operation) to work in Jurong Island.

Responsibilities:

1. The Project Manager will represent the company to interface with the Project and Development team.
2. He/she will be the Operations Owner representative to ensure Projects delivered are safe to operate, operable, maintainable, and fit for purpose.
3. As Operations Owner Representative, seek inputs from the Operations team and work closely with the Projects & Development team to evaluate and ensure projects delivered are safe to operate, operable, maintainable, and fit-for-purpose with good quality of work.
4. Manage all interfaces between the Operations team and Projects & Development team for all projects from conceptual stage to final investment decision, including engineering, procurement, and construction, until the project is completed and handed over to the Operations Team.
5. Ensure all project execution does not affect the safety and reliability of the Terminal. Proactively identify, mitigate, and manage all potential operations risk to the safety and reliability of the Terminal operations.
6. Provide regular, accurate, and comprehensive project progress reports and seek alignment with VP, Operations.
7. Work with respective Operations Managers to develop appropriate resourcing plans for Terminals management of all projects and collaborate with Human Resources on recruiting/acquiring or demobilizing as necessary all required resources.
8. Manage and coordinate all project activities with the Operations team supporting the projects.
9. Provide leadership, coaching, and development of all reports (if any).
