PROJECT MANAGER (MRT Project)

Key Responsibilities & Activities:

1. Supervision and oversight of the entire construction project.

2. Review the project execution plan and ensure compliance with specifications, design, and program.

3. Coordinate with clients, sub-contractors, suppliers, and supervision teams.

4. Monitor site construction in compliance with building and safety regulations.

5. Verify and review technical submissions and method statements.

6. Ensure timely completion of the project.

7. Experience in the construction of civil defense shelters and underground MRT stations will be an advantage.

Requirements:

Minimum 15 years of engineering experience with a degree in Civil Engineering recognized by the PE Board or a qualification acceptable to the Commissioner of Building Control as eligible for application as a Resident Engineer. A recognized degree in engineering is required, along with at least 10 years of experience in managing civil and infrastructure design and construction teams for a project of similar scale, complexity, and nature of work.
