Adecco is partnering with a leading construction firm in Singapore with a strong track record in delivering large-scale commercial, residential, healthcare, and hospitality projects with excellence and reliability.

They are looking for a Project Manager to lead and oversee construction projects, including mixed development, commercial, hospital, or hotel projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the entire project lifecycle, ensuring successful execution within budget, scope, and timeline. The Job

• Lead and oversee the planning, scheduling, and execution of construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to project objectives and company standards.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and resolution of any issues.
• Monitor project budgets, manage cost control, and ensure efficient allocation of resources to meet financial objectives.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and safety requirements, obtaining necessary permits and approvals as required.
• Implement stringent quality control measures and proactively identify potential risks to mitigate project delays and challenges.
• Lead and manage project teams, providing guidance, performance monitoring, and fostering a collaborative work environment.

The Talent

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in construction project management, with a proven track record in handling mixed development, commercial, hospital, or hotel projects.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, budgeting, scheduling, and risk assessment.
• Familiar with Singapore's building codes, safety regulations, and compliance requirements.
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills to effectively engage stakeholders at all levels.
• Proficient in project management tools such as Primavera P6, MS Project, or other relevant software.
• Able to speak, read, and write Mandarin fluently to liaise with Chinese-speaking counterparts.
