Project Manager Marine (Contract)-JT

Salary: $5500-$7000 / $7000-$12000 (senior) + AWS + VB

Working hours: 8am to 5pm / 8am to 12pm (5.5 days)

Work Location: Based on Project

Company Overview: Well-Established Company in marine civil engineering Industry

Experience Required: Proven experience in managing marine construction operations with a minimum of 10 years in marine dredging, marine cabling, or marine construction.

Responsibilities:

• Applying strategic plans for marine operations
• Manage daily operations of marine teams and vessels
• Ensure smooth operation and project with teams
• Manage budgets and purchasing system for marine operations
• Manage marine construction vessels, ensuring optimal utilization and maintenance
• Improve marine operation and construction by applying new technologies
• Record operation, budgets, and safety compliance
• Prepare regular reports for senior management and stakeholders
• Ensure safety regulations and standards of all marine operations
• Conduct safety audits and implement corrective measures as needed

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marine Engineering, or a related field
• Excellent understanding of vessel operations, maintenance, and budgeting
• Familiarity with safety standards and regulations in the marine industry
• Willing to travel and work in challenging environments (shipyard / offshore)
