PROJECT MANAGER

Location: Kaki Bukit

Working Hours: 5 Days, 9am - 6pm

Salary: $5000-$8000*

Position: Project Manager (or Project Director for more experienced candidates)

Industry: Retail / Commercial Interior Fit Out

Experience Required: Candidates with Retail or Commercial Interior Fit Out experience.

Able to start work within short notice or immediately.

5 Days Work Week, Flexibility, Self-arranged schedule.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Supervise project team members and contractor appointments.
2. Draft, review, and oversee design briefs, technical briefs, and technical deliverables.
3. Direct deliverables from the Consultants with respect to brief and company guidelines.
4. Provide direction on design submissions from consultants.
5. Monitor and report on progress of interior design work on projects, identifying opportunities and challenges.
6. Review all contractor material and sample submissions and shop drawings.
7. Monitor quality of off and on-site fabrication from a design perspective.
8. Liaise with the project team regarding cost and time constraints and solutions.

Note:

*Salary will depend on candidate qualifications and experience.

**Variable Bonus is subject to company and candidate performance.
