As an IT Project Manager (Healthcare), you will be responsible for the following duties:

• Lead in implementation and the management of clinical IT projects
• Assist Head of IT in the planning of annual IT budgets and projects planning
• Collaborate with stakeholders to develop project objectives and scope, gather requirements, manage resources, timelines and budgets
• Manage vendor relationships, ensure compliance, and negotiate service level agreements (SLAs) for systems and solutions support
• Work closely with other teams to ensure that the projects are aligned to operational needs and objectives
• Oversee daily end user support and maintenance of existing clinical systems with the support from the vendors
• Develop and document the project objectives, scope, stakeholder involvement, cost-benefit analysis, outcomes, and key deliverables
• Identify solutions to meet the business process requirements
• Ensure proper documentation and ensure management reporting is submitted in a timely manner
• Ensure systems adhere to healthcare regulations and standards, such as PDPA, ISO 27001, HIPAA and other data protection laws relevant to clinical information systems
• Evaluate new technologies and collaborate with stakeholders on emerging technology initiatives

Requirements:

• Degree in IT, Computing Science or any related field
• Must have experience in clinical IT projects
• Possess 5 years of project management experience
• Excellent execution and leadership skills
