The Project Manager takes ownership for planning, delivering, and achieving the objectives of complex or medium-to-large-scale projects. The Project Manager defines the project management plan to manage project progress, resources, and costs; and facilitates interaction and tasks of various stakeholders to reduce the risks of overall failure. The Project Manager applies knowledge and skills aligned with the industry’s project management best practices and methodologies. As such, the Project Manager needs to have a good understanding of the different phases from "Initiating" to "Closing" and be able to proficiently execute and adhere to the organisation’s project management processes.
