Project Manager (East / Security / One Year Contract / Up $4800)

• Working Location: Changi Business Park
• Mon-Fri, 8.30am – 5.30pm
• Salary: $4000 - $4800

Job Scope:

• Assistant to Project Lead to manage and coordinate with client’s vendors or client’s business stakeholders inclusive of attending/ initiating meetings and all to ensure we meet the scheduled timeline, stakeholders’ expectations, facilitate on the testing programs for the newly installed security systems.
• Conduct site inspections and assess the condition of the facility as well as propose the necessary requirements per Client’s Security Standards.
• Coordinate and facilitate our Client’s Business stakeholders and provide guidance on the access card submissions and approvals etc.
• Conduct inventory checks for all completed projects, reviewing of floorplan system plotting diagram and updates. Supporting role function on finance administration mainly on project expense tracking.
• Leading the execution works onsite, supervising the vendors and may also be the overall lead for small independent project works.

Requirements:

• Minimum of at least 3 years working experience.
• Security certifications will be desirable.
• Basic knowledge on security systems i.e. access control, CCTV, IDS.
• Fundamentals of physical security and security system installation.
