Project Manager

Location: Downtown

8 Months contract with possibility of conversion

Job scope:

1. Project Planning: Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets for minor work projects.
2. Stakeholder Management: Coordinate with internal stakeholders, such as Facilities Operations, Security, and IT teams, to ensure that project requirements are met.
3. Contractor Management: Manage contractors and vendors to ensure that work is completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
4. Risk Management: Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with minor work projects, including health and safety risks.
5. Quality Control: Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure that work meets quality standards.
6. Communication: Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project progress, issues, and changes.
7. Budgeting and Cost Control: Manage project budgets and costs, ensuring that expenses are tracked and reported accurately.
8. Compliance: Ensure that all minor work projects comply with relevant laws, regulations, policies, and procedures.
9. Closeout: Coordinate project closeout activities, including final inspections, punch lists, and warranty reviews.
