Project Manager

We are looking for a Project Manager with strong expertise in overseeing interior design projects, including managing timelines, budgets, and resources, while ensuring high-quality results and effective collaboration with clients, designers, architects, contractors, and vendors.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Oversee and manage all phases of interior design projects, ensuring timely delivery, within budget, and meeting quality standards.
2. Collaborate with clients, designers, architects, contractors, and vendors to understand project goals and objectives.
3. Develop and maintain project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
4. Prepare and present design proposals, progress updates, and final presentations to clients and stakeholders.
5. Lead project teams, ensuring effective communication and smooth coordination between departments.
6. Manage procurement of materials, furnishings, and decor while negotiating with vendors for the best prices and quality.
7. Ensure compliance with industry regulations, building codes, and safety standards.
8. Monitor and resolve any project-related issues or risks to maintain progress and quality.
9. Maintain strong relationships with clients, providing regular updates and managing expectations.
10. Conduct post-project evaluations to gather feedback and ensure satisfaction.

Requirements:

1. Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, Project Management, or a related field.
2. At least 3 years of hands-on experience in managing interior design projects.
3. Strong understanding of design principles, project management tools, and construction processes.
4. Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
5. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.
6. Proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, etc.) and Microsoft Office Suite.
7. Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
