Job Description & Requirements

Job Title: Project Manager

Reports To: Project Director

Type: Full-Time

Are you detail-oriented, organised, and skilled at coordinating teams and timelines? We’re looking for a Project Manager who can keep projects on track, on budget, and aligned with client expectations. This role is ideal for someone who has already honed their ability to manage deliverables, monitor resources, and streamline workflows—and is looking to continue refining those skills in a dynamic agency environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Project Planning & Coordination: Collaborate with internal stakeholders to define project scope, deliverables, and timelines. Develop comprehensive project schedules and ensure alignment across all involved teams.
  2. Resource Management: Identify and secure the appropriate personnel or departments for each project phase. Communicate with leads to ensure everyone has the necessary context, materials, and support.
  3. Timeline & Budget Oversight: Track progress against milestones, highlight potential risks, and propose adjustments when needed. Monitor budgets and handle any related documentation.
  4. Stakeholder Communication: Serve as a reliable point of contact for both internal teams and clients, providing regular updates on project status, key deliverables, and any changes in scope or schedule.
  5. Quality Assurance: Coordinate briefings and review sessions with the right people to uphold project quality. Ensure deliverables meet the initial requirements and address any concerns promptly.
  6. Process Enhancement: Contribute to refining project management processes and best practices. Share lessons learned, facilitate retrospectives, and look for ways to improve efficiency and team satisfaction.

Skills & Qualifications:

  1. 3–4 years of project management experience in a creative agency or related field. Familiarity with marketing, design, or digital processes is required.
  2. Understanding of standard project management approaches (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid). Experience with Workfront is a plus, though proficiency in other project management tools is also valuable.
  3. Strong written and verbal communication, with the ability to collaborate effectively and build rapport with colleagues and clients.
  4. Proven capability to juggle multiple tasks, set priorities, and maintain calm under shifting timelines or client demands.
  5. Demonstrated ability to anticipate issues, escalate them appropriately, and craft solutions that keep projects moving forward.

Qualities:

  1. Team-oriented, with a strong collaborative spirit and drive to contribute to projects.
  2. Comfortable adjusting plans and processes when objectives shift, or new information becomes available.
  3. You notice small changes or inconsistencies that can affect project outcomes.
  4. Open to exploring new tools, sharing insights, and learning from peers in the pursuit of continuous improvement.
  5. Active and engaged on social media, with a keen eye for the latest trends.

What We Offer:

  1. A supportive team that values fresh ideas and solutions, and a culture where different perspectives are encouraged.
  2. Work closely with creative, strategy, and production teams, broadening your experience across various types of projects.
  3. Opportunities to learn and develop new skills, particularly in AI technologies.
  4. A stimulating environment that values thoughtful solutions, clear communication, and collective achievement.
