As we continue to grow, we're seeking an experienced Project Manager who has an established client base and the ability to bring in new projects to help expand our business.

Position Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager with expertise in mechanical engineering, fabrication, handrails, and piping systems. In this role, you will not only oversee and manage construction projects but also leverage your client relationships to bring in new business and expand our project portfolio. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background combined with a proven track record in business development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Management: Lead and manage construction projects involving fabrication, handrails, and piping systems.
• Business Development: Build and maintain relationships with existing clients, while actively seeking and bringing in new clients and projects.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure successful project execution.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement corrective actions to keep projects on track.
• Ensure that all projects comply with safety standards and meet quality expectations.
• Manage project budgets, resources, and schedules to ensure the timely and profitable completion of projects.
• Provide technical expertise and guidance to project teams, especially in fabrication, handrails, and piping systems.
• Communicate regularly with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to provide updates and address any issues.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry, with a focus on fabrication, handrails, and piping systems.
• Established client base and a strong track record of bringing in new business and managing client relationships.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, fabrication processes, and piping installation.
• Familiarity with construction safety regulations and industry quality standards.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency with project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Procore, or similar).
• PMP, LEED, or other relevant certifications are a plus.

Compensation:

• Fixed Salary: Competitive base salary, based on experience and qualifications.
• Performance-Based Commission: In addition to the base salary, you will receive a percentage commission on profitable, successful projects that you bring in and manage. The commission will be based on the project’s profitability and your ability to meet performance targets.
