Client Communication

• Act as the primary liaison for client updates and concerns

• Align design solutions with client expectations

• Manage client expectations and resolve concerns efficiently

Resource and Team Management

• Assign resources effectively and clarify roles

• Oversee teams, including designers, engineers, and contractors

• Conduct regular meetings to track progress and resolve issues

Budget Management

• Develop and monitor project budgets

• Negotiate with suppliers for cost-effective solutions

• Track expenses to prevent cost overruns

Timeline and Quality Control

• Ensure timely completion of project milestones

Risk Management

Job Requirements

• At least a Diploma in Project Management/related fields
• Proven experience in managing creative projects and teams
