ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

PROJECT MANAGER

Report to Directors and responsible for the overall direction, coordination, execution, control, and completion of a specific project, ensuring consistency with company strategy, commitments, goals, and ensuring profitability of each project.

Main Job Tasks & Responsibilities:

1. Lead and spearhead the operation and execution of projects from inception development phase to manufacturing startup to site installation to completion of the project.
2. Facilitate coordination with clients, architects, consultants, and NSC.
3. Monitor site progress with site manager/coordinator/supervisor.
4. Develop project schedule.
5. Attend site meetings or progress meetings with clients/architects/designers/consultants together with the site project team.
6. Handle all correspondences/documentation and prepare reports (emails, site progress reports, weekly update project schedule, etc.).
7. Monitor and manage approved project budget by management and provide value engineering to work scope and materials.
8. Manage and resolve design and technical issues with site manager/coordinator/supervisor/factory manager.
9. Plan and schedule project timelines.
10. Implement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve project outputs.
11. Provide direction and support to the project team.
12. Ensure quality assurance.
13. Constantly monitor and report on progress of the project to management.
14. Present reports defining project progress, problems, and solutions (submit weekly site progress report to management).
15. Monitor and manage rectification works.
16. Establish progressive and finalized claims to clients for each completed project.
17. Participate in ad-hoc projects and other duties when required.
18. Evaluate and approve sub-contractors/suppliers claims and recommend appropriate payments.
19. Attend company's weekly and fortnightly meetings.
20. The company reserves all rights to amend the above scope of works when required.
