Responsibilities:

• Plan, implement, and manage construction tasks in accordance with priorities and goals.
• Identify and resolve potential construction issues and contractual disputes
• Lead project operations independently, ensuring compliance with client and authority requirements
• Emphasize safety and environmental management on site
• Assign tasks to construction workers and produce employee and project schedules.
• Supervise and train workers, ensuring manpower and resources are adequate.
• Oversee the quality of the site, ensuring all safety precautions and quality standards are met.
• Monitor expenditure and ensure it remains within budget.
• Resolve problems and disputes when they arise.
• Prepare and present progress reports to superiors.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years in construction experience
• Good communication, organizational, planning, and time-management skills.
• Ability to multi-task and solve problems effectively.
