Job description

Summary:

The Project Management Office (PMO) Lead Co-ordinator plays a vital role in supporting the successful delivery of strategic initiatives in Risk Management Group (RMG). This role requires a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with strong project management skills and a collaborative spirit. The PMO Lead Co-ordinator will contribute to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of project delivery by providing support to RMG team, tracking progress, and ensuring adherence to project methodologies and standards.

Location: Central

6 Month Contract


Responsibilities:

  1. Project & Program Management: Support RMG team in project planning, consolidation, execution including scheduling meetings, preparing presentations, and managing project documentation.
  2. Project Tracking and Reporting: Monitor project progress against plans, identify potential risks and issues, and prepare regular status reports for stakeholders. This includes using project management software and tools to track key metrics and milestones.
  3. Risk Management: Assist in identifying, assessing, and mitigating project risks and issues.
  4. Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with project stakeholders at all levels of the organization to ensure effective communication and alignment on project objectives, fostering a collaborative work environment.
  5. Methodology Adherence: Ensure projects adhere to established project methodologies and standards.
  6. Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyze project data to identify trends and insights, and prepare reports to inform decision-making.

Qualifications:

  1. Experience in a business management office, risk management or similar function.
  2. Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Management, or a related field.
  3. Strong organizational and project management abilities.
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  5. Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  6. Proficiency with business management tools (e.g., MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint).
  7. Knowledge of business operations, risk management, process improvement, and performance tracking.
  8. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  9. Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
  10. Candidates with knowledge and experience of MAS Notice 654 on Recovery and Resolution Planning will be an advantage.
