The team analyses and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates. The Operations team comprises Customer Service, Payment, Listings, Warehouse, Logistics, Seller Operations and Fraud.

Regional Operations is a team within Shopee that drives key projects and initiatives across markets to improve operational efficiency and productivity, while offering a good user experience to our wide base of buyers and sellers.
The Project Management Office team plays a crucial role to support and facilitate cross-functional teams such as Customer Service, Return Refunds, Fraud, etc., within the Regional Operations department, and also owns and drives key items such as costs and user experience. In short, our project managers are known for navigating the ever-changing demands of projects while keeping the end goal in clear view.
