Project Management Executive | Singapore, SG

Overview
As a Project Manager, with strong project management capabilities and a proven track record in managing multi-million-dollar projects in Government and Commercial sectors, you will be responsible for:

Project Management

• Project leadership in delivering Manage Print Services, Document Outsourcing and Communication Services, Business Process Services and Business Application Solutions through structured methodologies.
• Oversee and support the implementation of projects, tracking and controlling all project phases and activities, risk management and quality assurance.
• Manage and ensure timely delivery of projects' operations with various cross functional stakeholders.
• Produce Project Artefacts compliant with, and subject to the Fujifilm Business Innovation Project Framework.
• Ensure approval and sign-off of all necessary project deliverables and Artefacts.
• Control project design and planning activities associated with projects.
• Assist Management to deliver business improvement outcomes as required.
• Manage customer expectations to ensure customer satisfaction through the application of stakeholder management disciplines.

Stakeholder Management

• Work closely with internal stakeholders to coordinate and evaluate project requirements and develop processes to ensure successful and sustainable execution of the project.
• Maintain professional relationships with clients to ensure optimal level of client satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Degree/Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent, with PMP/CITPM preferably.
• At least 2 to 3 years' working experience in IT projects.
• Have a good understanding in technology, particularly as related to imaging software and hardware, document integration.
• Adequate project management capabilities in managing IT projects.
• Ability to provide mentorship and leadership to the team.
• Good communication skills with excellent spoken and written English.
• Result and customer-service oriented.
• Committed and responsible team player with ability to interact with all levels.
