Job Description:

  1. Project Planning and Coordination: Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocations.

  3. Manage: Oversee day-to-day project activities, track progress, and ensure timely delivery.
  4. Monitor: Use appropriate tools and techniques to assess project performance.
  5. Identify: Recognize potential risks and issues and implement mitigation plans.
  6. Prepare and Manage: Handle project budgets ensuring cost-effectiveness.
  7. Allocate and Optimize: Distribute and enhance resources to meet project goals.
  8. Act as Primary Contact: Serve as the main point of contact for project stakeholders.
  9. Provide Updates: Deliver regular project updates and reports, highlighting milestones, challenges, and solutions.
  10. Ensure Quality: Confirm that project deliverables meet quality standards and align with company and client expectations.
  11. Analyze Outcomes: Review project outcomes and processes, providing recommendations for continuous improvement.
  12. Implement Best Practices: Introduce innovative solutions to enhance project management efficiency.

Job Requirements:

  1. Education: Diploma/Degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
  2. Experience: 2 years of experience in project management is preferred.
  3. Skills: Proactive, detail-oriented, and results-driven.
  4. Adaptability: Willingness to learn and implement new processes.
