Job Description:

  1. Project Planning and Coordination, including develop detailed project plans, timelines and resource allocations.
  2. Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure project requirements are clearly understood and met.
  3. Manage day-to-day project activities, track progress and ensure timely delivery.
  4. Monitor project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.
  5. Identify potential risks and issues and implement mitigation plans.
  6. Prepare and manage project budgets ensuring cost-effectiveness.
  7. Allocate and optimize resources to meet project goals.
  8. Act as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders.
  9. Provide regular project updates and reports, highlighting milestones, challenges and solutions.
  10. Ensure that project deliverables meet the required quality standards and align with company and client expectations.
  11. Analyze project outcomes and processes, providing recommendations for continuous improvement.
  12. Implement best practices and innovative solutions to enhance project management efficiency.

Job Requirements:

  1. Diploma/ Degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Engineering or a related field.
  2. 2 years of experience in project management will be an added advantage.
  3. Proactive, detail-oriented and results-driven.
  4. Adaptability and willingness to learn and implement new processes.
