Project Management Engineer (water treatment, 1 year contract renewable role)

As a project engineer you will be responsible for the following duties:

1. Manage the timeline and budgetary cost set for the project management, ensuring compliance with formal contractual obligations and performance criteria.
2. Serve as a primary, day-to-day customer point of contact, communicating directly with the applicable members of the Nalco sales representatives.
3. Work as an extension of the customer’s management team and provide contract compliance and fulfilment.
4. Maintain excellence in written and oral communication with customers and applicable Company contacts.
5. Work with project developers and field organization representatives to meet the deadlines in all related work assigned.
6. Maintain a high degree of technical knowledge of the industry by monitoring new developments, new products, new research, new concepts, etc. in the industry.

Requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree in chemical, mechanical or electrical engineering.
2. At least 3 years of industry experience (e.g., Water treatment, Oil & Gas / Pharmaceutical).
3. Proficient in AutoCAD software.
4. Strong project management skills.
5. Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
6. Resourceful and a team player with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic & challenging environment.
7. This is a 12 months contract renewable role.
8. Work Location is at Gul Lane.
