Job Description:

Project Management Associate (6-month contract)

• Central/Town area
• Market Research
• Up to $3500

Responsibilities:

• Prepare RFQ and VCA contracts, and liaise with international vendors
• Craft project timelines (Gantt) and compile periodic project updates
• Monitor fieldwork progress, ensuring the project keeps pace with the timeline
• Coordinate with multiple vendors to achieve project KPIs and goals
• Periodically communicate key project milestones with clients
• Involved in day-to-day management of international research projects

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Business Management or other relevant areas
• At least 1 year of work experience in market research or a related field
• Sound understanding of qualitative and quantitative research methods
• Strong project management skills and a great sense of ownership
• Competency in Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, and interpersonal)
• Handles challenges with agility and tenacity
• Organized, detail-oriented, and meticulous team player who is passionate about helping companies manage volatility and risk in the global landscape
