Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and construction teams.
Oversee equipment installation and commissioning.
Prepare detailed progress reports, technical documentation, and presentations for key stakeholders.
Manage contractor activities and ensure compliance with plant standards.
Review PFDs, P&IDs, and equipment specifications.
Manage changes in project scope, budget, or timeline, ensuring any changes are well-documented and communicated to all stakeholders.
Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
2. Maintenance & Reliability Engineering
Develop maintenance scope, detailed job specification, resources, and timeline for turnaround maintenance.
Prepare and plan corrective action/repair plan and method for corrective or breakdown maintenance.
Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical issues.
Execute, coordinate, monitor repair activities and ensure all activities are documented and comply with the applicable protocols.
Update and maintain accurate maintenance records to provide good maintenance history for data analysis and troubleshooting purposes.
Conduct root cause analysis to eliminate equipment/system defects and take appropriate preventive/corrective measures.
Utilize root cause analysis (RCA) for failure investigations and long-term solutions.
Oversee, manage, and supervise Company’s in-house and external Contractors for all mechanical maintenance works.
Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
3. Safety, Compliance & Risk Management
Ensure all maintenance and project activities comply with OSHA, EPA, and local regulations.
Implement best practices and maintenance safety procedures.
Ensure all mechanical maintenance activities are carried out in accordance with the Company’s HSEQ Standards & Maintenance Management System, statutory requirements, and best industry practices.
Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
4. Vendor, Inventory & Contractor Management
Coordinate with suppliers and contractors for equipment procurement, installation, and repairs.
