Roles & Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the planning, coordination, and execution of corporate and institutional events related to executive education programmes, ensuring they align with partner goals and educational objectives.
Build and nurture strategic partnerships with corporate sponsors, institutional partners, and industry stakeholders to enhance programme offerings and expand the reach of executive education initiatives.
Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets for events and partnership-driven initiatives, ensuring alignment with programme goals and partner expectations.
Serve as the primary point of contact for corporate and institutional partners, managing relationships, addressing inquiries, and ensuring the successful execution of partnership agreements.
Organize and oversee logistics for events, seminars, and workshops, coordinating with internal teams (e.g., marketing, education specialists, and logistics) to deliver seamless experiences for all stakeholders.
Research and identify new partnership opportunities and explore creative avenues for event sponsorships to secure financial and strategic support for initiatives.
Monitor event performance and partner engagement, gathering feedback and conducting post-event evaluations to identify areas for improvement and ensure future success.
Stay informed on industry trends related to event management, corporate partnerships, and executive education, driving innovation in event design and partnership strategies.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Education, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in project management with a strong focus on partnership development and event management in the education or corporate sector.
Proven track record in successfully building and maintaining partnerships with corporate or institutional stakeholders.
Strong event management skills, including the ability to plan, execute, and oversee logistics for large-scale events and initiatives.
Excellent relationship management skills, with the ability to foster positive and long-term partnerships with corporate sponsors and institutional partners.
Knowledge of funding mechanisms, including securing corporate sponsorships and managing partnerships to financially support events and programmes.
