Your new company
An Asian wholesale bank is looking for a Project Finance Director to join their Singapore office.

Your new role
You will be responsible for providing expert advice and knowledge to clients on Project Finance transactions within the energy space. The role specialises in originating, advising and structuring Project Finance transactions for specific large-scale projects for corporates and government clients. Sectors of coverage include, but are not limited to, oil, gas (including natural gas, LNG, LPG, FLNG, FPSO, FSO etc.), new energy (such as hydrogen, ammonia, CCS etc.), petrochemical, metals and mining. You will need to take responsibility for business development and origination for the bank by bringing in and managing relationships with new and existing clients, to generate targeted sales and profit objectives by cultivating, maintaining and developing good business relationships with banks and ECAs. Prepare credit applications, call memos and other internal reports related to business promotion.

What you'll need to succeed

• Minimum 9 years of relevant project finance experience (principally across project financial advisory and debt/ECA financing).
• Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills, as well as an understanding of financial markets and products.
• Experience in advisory transactions, origination and structuring of deals is a must.
• Must be comfortable leading a deal team for project finance transactions.
• Travelling within Asia Pacific may be necessary.
• A Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting or related disciplines is a minimum requirement for applicants.
• Knowledge in project finance structuring, financial models, documentation and credit processes is a must.
• Knowledge in oil, gas (including natural gas, LNG, LPG, FLNG, FPSO, FSO etc.), new energy (such as hydrogen, ammonia, CCS etc.), petrochemicals, metals and mining is a plus.
