Project Executive | Up to $4.5k | Interior Works | Bendemeer

5.5 Days per Week [ 9am-6pm / 9am-1pm ]

Office is near to Bendemeer MRT, Singapore

Grade L1 Contractor - Interior Decoration & Finishing Works

Basic Salary Up to $4,500 + Variable Bonus + 14 Days Annual Leave

Entitled to Transport Allowance & Phone Allowance

Responsibilities:

1. Manage assigned projects to ensure quality and on-time execution to the project's specifications and client's expectations.
2. Manage sub-contractors and suppliers to ensure quality and on-time delivery within project costs.
3. Prepare project schedule/timeline and manage deadlines for the delivery of projects on time.
4. Conduct project meetings as and when required, eg. for issues resolution and updates.
5. Facilitate change requests to ensure that all parties are informed and manage any impact on schedule and budget.
6. Managing client's expectations during the project transition period.
7. Oversee onsite setup work to check on quality delivery, safe work procedures and on-time completion, when required.
8. Apply Permit To Work with supporting WSH documentation (Risk Assessment, Methods Statement, Safe Work Procedures) and any project-related admin work when required.
9. Source for sub-contractors, suppliers and production material, when required.

Requirements:

• At least 1-2 years of relevant experience in managing interior fit out project in commercial office design & build
• Experience in interior fit-out construction
• Must experience and familiar to commercial property regulations
