Project Executive (Marketing & Events)

Jobs Description:

1. To manage day-to-day operations of projects including part-timers’ work roster, inventory updates, etc.
2. Servicing clients to understand project requirements.
3. Coordinating event needs with vendors and the production team.
4. Overseeing logistics, event setup and teardown, and smooth execution of events.
5. Performing administrative duties as required for the event.
6. Preparing key reports and documentation for post-event reporting.
7. Diligently carrying out any duty and responsibility as directed by management.
8. Closely following up and reporting updates regularly to management.
9. Other duties as assigned.

Requirement:

1. Experience in the FMCG line is preferred.
2. A motivated individual committed to results.
3. Minimum 2 years of working experience in events, preferably for FMCG clients.
4. Must be able to work under pressure, meet short deadlines, and work extra hours including weekends as needed for events.
5. Able to work independently.
6. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
