Our client is a design agency that provides creative communication solutions across all media formats including: Corporate Branding, Advertising & Design, Direct Mail, Event Management, Interactive Design & Visual Merchandise.

Location: Nearest MRT - Marymount
Working Time: Mon to Fri - (9.30am~6.30pm)

Opening 1: Project Executive

Responsibilities:

• Be the point of contact for key stakeholders, both internally and externally.
• Understand client's business goals and marketing needs.
• Involved in and manage projects from digital marketing to event marketing.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop and execute advertising campaigns that align with client briefs and budgets.
• Present campaign ideas and strategies to clients.
• Monitor campaign performance, analyze results, and provide clients with updates and insights.
• Actively tender new business pitches and proposals.

Requirements:

• Degree/ Diploma in Advertising, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Must have knowledge in Digital Social Media (Instagram/ TikTok/ Facebook).
• At least 2+ years of account management or client service experience in an advertising agency or related industry. Relevant experience in event and digital marketing is preferred.
• Must be able to communicate in Mandarin (to communicate with Mandarin-speaking staff and clients).

Opening 2: Graphic Designer

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for developing and designing based on brand identity and guidelines.
• Illustrate concepts by designing examples of artwork arrangement, layout, size, type size, and style.
• Accountable for product visual materials and edit in-line with the brand’s visual identity.
• Ensure product listing graphics are all in place.
• Monitor adherence to work schedule.
• Create and renew corporate and product collaterals for branding & presentation purposes.
• Experience with Flash, GIF, Web Banner animation and building a basic HTML website and microsite in Flash is a plus.
• Short videos for Instagram/ TikTok/ Facebook.

Requirements:

• At least a diploma in graphic design, media or web design, or equivalent.
• At least 2 - 3 years of work experience.
• Proficient in design software such as Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro, Capcut, Canva.
• Good awareness of the latest trends in design, interactive & new media, online campaign delivery, marketing techniques, and trends.
