Job description

Roles & Responsibilities

Major Duties & Responsibilities

  1. Reporting to Director & Project Manager
  2. Attend co-ordination meeting with designer/ consultant relating to design/detail/drawing.
  3. Prepare detailed shop drawings for construction.
  4. Produce fully coordinated and accurate sets of drawings.
  5. Prepare sample board for submission to consultant for approval.
  6. Co-ordinate with all parties involved to ensure work progress, costing, and coordination with target time and budget.
  7. Check on quality of works.
  8. Responsible for multiple projects site coordination and handle any issues that arise.
  9. Assist in preparation of work/delivery schedule.
  10. Attend site meetings and monitor timeline of each project and design stages.
  11. Coordinate with relevant departments and ensure timely completion of projects.
  12. Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  1. Diploma/degree in interior design or equivalent, or relevant site experiences.
  2. 1-2 years experience in interior renovation & fit-out, preferably with experience in handling hotel projects.
  3. Knowledge in understanding of drawings, carpentry/construction details.
  4. Responsible and able to work independently.
  5. Basic software skills like AutoCAD/REVIT/Adobe Illustrator, MS Excel & PowerPoint.
  6. Able to start work immediately or at short notice.
