As a Project Executive in our New Business Team, you’ll participate in the planning, execution, and monitoring of commercial programmes and initiatives in WhiteCoat.

What Will You Do?
Report to the Director of your New Business Team, and work with your colleagues on individual and shared projects.
You will excel in this role when you apply organisation and detail to your responsibilities:
- Project Development
- Collating pre-build research work and discussive material
- Tracking sessions with clients and internal stakeholders from preliminary discussions through to sign-off and delivery
- Drafting pitch ideas, crafting proposals and developing presentations
- Project Management
- Designing and maintaining build schedules
- Effective interfacing with counterpart teams e.g. tech, data, medical, finance, marketing and accounts management
- Engage in product development and execution
- Engage in demonstrations, testing and quality assurance
- Execute monitoring of post-launch progress and product activation with data analysis and tracking
- Propose ongoing enhancements for existing solutions
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Project Management, Information Systems, Information Science or a related field
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
