About the Role

As a Project Executive at TOSEVA TIMBER PTE LTD, you will play a pivotal role in managing client relationships, ensuring the smooth execution of projects, and driving growth through exceptional service and collaboration. This full-time role is based in Kampong Ubi, Central Region, and involves working closely with designers, architects, and contractors to deliver innovative and sustainable solutions.

Job Description

Client Relationship Management

• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, including designers, architects, and contractors.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and requirements.
• Communicate effectively with clients through email and instant messaging platforms like MS Teams and WhatsApp for timely updates.

Project Management

• Manage project timelines and deliverables, ensuring alignment with client expectations.
• Track and follow up on project statuses and potential orders.
• Prepare and maintain an updated project list daily.

Product Expertise and Collaboration

• Acquire in-depth knowledge of the company’s product lines, including specifications and applications.
• Work closely with designers to interpret their design intent and translate it into feasible solutions using the company's products.
• Provide technical guidance and suggestions to designers to achieve desired aesthetics and functionality.

Sample Management

• Prepare and provide samples requested by clients in a timely manner.

Scheduling and Communication

• Schedule and update appointment times in the shared calendar.
• Maintain a polite, clear, and client-focused tone in all communications.
• Ensure accurate and consistent information is shared across platforms and with all stakeholders.

Driving and Mobility

• Hold a valid Class 3 Driver’s License and be comfortable driving for client meetings and site visits.
• Ensure timely travel to various locations to meet project and client needs.

Financial Responsibilities

• Ensure timely collection of outstanding payments from clients.

Job Requirements

Educational Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Design, Architecture, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in project management, client relationship management, or a related role, preferably in the design or building materials industry.

Skills and Knowledge

• Strong understanding of design processes and intent, with the ability to translate creative concepts into product applications.
• Proficiency in email and instant messaging tools for clear and professional communication.
• Knowledge of building materials, particularly wood veneers, wall surfaces, or similar products, is a plus.
• Familiarity with project management tools and CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot).
