AdrenalinX – Our Experiential Events Division

This is AdrenalinX, where we create bold, unforgettable experiences! From concept to execution, we craft events that get noticed and make an impact. If you’re a passionate go-getter who is fun, creative, agile and loves to work alongside a dynamic crew dedicated to breaking event boundaries, we want to hear from you!

What You'll Do:

1. Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets with the Project Manager/Director that will impress the clients
2. Pitch innovative event concepts or trends to potential clients, showcasing how we can elevate their brand through unforgettable experiences
3. Set clear project milestones that align with what the clients and the business want to achieve
4. Be the point of contact for clients and cross-functional crew, keeping everyone updated and ensuring they feel confident every step of the way
5. Support the Project Manager/Director with the day-to-day execution of events, troubleshooting any challenges that come along the way
6. Manage event budgets, track expenses, and find smart ways to save without compromising the experience
7. Ensure processes are implemented in every aspect of the events meeting client expectations
8. Share regular updates with management about event progress, successes, and what's next
9. Constantly look for ways to improve the event planning processes and share best practices within the team
10. Stay ahead of the game by exploring the latest social media trends and event innovations
11. Create post-event reports with insights and takeaways for future projects

Who We're Looking For:

1. Minimum 1-2 years of event / project management experience in client facing role
2. A natural flair for pitching and selling creative event ideas
3. Attention to detail, well organized and able to juggle multiple events simultaneously
4. Strong communicator with awesome people skills
5. Team player who can work well with others
6. Experience managing event budgets
7. A problem-solver who loves analyzing challenges and finding creative solutions
8. Knowledge in using social media platforms and simple editing tools like Canva to create content when needed.
