Job description

Plan and schedule work sequences for construction operation
Study tender/construction drawings, specifications, and contracts to understand project requirements
Liaise with consultants, clients, and main/sub-contractors to coordinate site activities
Perform site inspections to ensure work is carried out according to project specifications and approved drawings
Lead a team of supervisors for coordination with main/sub-contractors and/or authorities and/or consultants on project progress and technical issues
Plan and deploy resources such as manpower, machinery, equipment, and materials
Prepare progress reports, Method Statements, and technical submissions
Ensure compliance with regulations and clients’ specifications
Adhere to safety and health regulations aiming for zero accidents in the workplace
Maintain safety and housekeeping to the highest standards
Perform Ad-Hoc duties as assigned
