Project Engineer / Senior Project Engineer (BMS) (Operations) - S

Job description

1. Must have relevant experience in Building Management System (BMS).
2. Have strong knowledge in designing a system for BMS.
3. Able to manage project cycle independently with minimum supervision.
4. Work with external parties and customers to plan, organize and direct activities concerned with assigned projects.
5. Develop project schedules in compliance with customer requirements, deadlines, and/or milestones; develop mechanisms to track schedule progress in the field; and update the schedule regularly.
6. Responsible for site activities, coordination, and supervision works related to engineering and systems design.
7. Ensure timely completion of all projects particularly the T/C schedules.
8. Responsible for project management including attending meetings, coordination, design, and plan out shop drawing and submission of documentation and supervision.
9. Liaise with consultants, architects, and contractors and handle all technical matters.
10. Ensure project works compliance with Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) policies and practices.
11. Attend site meetings and coordinate with stakeholders, external parties, and customers to plan, organize, and execute other related activities for the assigned projects.
12. As and when to take on new assignments.

Key Requirements

1. Degree / Diploma in Engineering equivalent.
2. Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience.
3. Have full understanding of Instrumentation HVAC/ACMV control like AHU, Chillers, RCU, etc.
4. Knowledge of PLC programming (preferably Siemens PLC).
5. Experience in SCADA software and strong knowledge of Industrial Control and Building Management System.
6. Prefer relevant working experience; prefer with LTA ECS/LCS, TVS project experience.
7. Prefer with IEC 61508 and LTA documentation submission.
