Project Engineer / Senior Project Engineer

• Location: Changi Airport, East Region

Job Responsibilities:

• Report and assist Project Manager (PM) on project functions including but not limited to project management, site management, risk control management, etc., to meet the project(s) goals.
• Assist Project Manager in project planning and implementation, and ensure all construction works on the project site are in accordance with the master and detailed work program.
• Prepare, plan, and submit project-related documents, such as schedules, method statements, design plans, risk assessments, monthly reports, etc.
• Supervise the execution of the construction works and ensure that they are carried out in accordance with contract specifications, construction drawings, company quality standards, and Environmental, Safety & Health (ESH) practices.
• Coordinate and liaise with Client’s representatives, relevant Authorities, Consultants, Subcontractors, Suppliers, etc., on all project aspects and provide technical and non-technical resolutions followed by documentation.
• Liaise with clients or consultants for site inspections, submit necessary technical reports, and ensure records are maintained at the site. Assist the Contract department (QS) in verifying progress payments and claims from Contractors.
• Attend regular meetings with Client’s Representatives, Consultants, and/or Contractors to ensure progress is on schedule.
• Establish a proper and effective document control system, maintain and conduct reviews of detailed design drawings, project documents, and specifications.
• Be responsible for any other duties assigned by your superior/management as deemed fit.

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Civil Engineering (Recognised by Singapore Professional Engineers Board (PEB))
• At least 3 to 5 years of working experience in the Construction Industry and Infrastructure
