Project Engineer - Precast/Modular Construction

Job Scope

• Providing technical expertise and guidance in the design, planning, and execution of precast and modular construction projects
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project delivery and compliance with industry standards and regulations
• Conducting site inspections, monitoring construction progress, and troubleshooting any technical issues that arise
• Liaising with clients, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to address their concerns and provide timely updates
• Assisting in the development and implementation of process improvements, cost-saving initiatives, and sustainable construction practices
• Mentoring and supporting junior engineers to foster their professional growth

Requirements

• A degree in Construction Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in the precast or modular construction industry, preferably in a project engineering role
• Proficient in the use of CAD software, project management tools, and other relevant engineering software
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under tight deadlines
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with clients and team members
• A collaborative mindset and a commitment to continuous improvement
