Job Info:

• Salary: Basic up to $4200 + AWS + VB
• Working Hours: Monday - Friday (7:50am - 4:55pm)
• Location: Joo Koon (Company transport pick up at designated point Island wide)

Job Scope:

• Customer & Project Support: Coordinate with the Marketing team to support new customer samples and project requirements
• Project Execution: Carry out various projects and tasks in alignment with management objectives
• Process & Quality Standards: Establish and periodically review process parameter standards (PMP) and FMEA to enhance productivity and quality
• Production Efficiency & Cost Optimization: Improve production capacity and drive cost-reduction initiatives
• Policy & Compliance Awareness: Understand and adhere to company policies on Quality, Environment, Water Efficiency, and Occupational Health & Safety (OH&S), including environmental impacts, safety updates, and risk assessments
• Solution Analysis & Replenishment: Conduct periodic evaluations to identify solutions and ensure timely replenishment
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all activities comply with legal and regulatory requirements
• Environmental Management: Support environmental operations, including controlling chemicals, energy, water, and waste within the department
• Workplace Safety: Review and enhance safety measures in production and inspection areas to protect workers and maintain a safe working environment
• Incident & Compliance Reporting: Report any quality, environmental, water efficiency, and safety concerns to the relevant internal authority
• Process Improvement: Contribute to the continuous enhancement of engineering processes and procedures

Requirements:

• Diploma/ Bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering or equivalent Degree disciplines & above
• At least 3 years of relevant working experience in electro-plating sector/ chemical industry
• Strong analytical skills with excellent problem-solving skills
• Good communication and organizational skills
