Project Engineer | Mechanical Experience

Basic: $2,700 - $3,800
Location: Jalan Kilang Timor, Redhill (Office) / Current project - Jurong or Woodlands Area

Responsibilities:

1. Able to manage project with minimal supervision;
2. Attends external project kick-off meetings, meetings with clients or consultants as well as technical and co-ordination meetings, project meetings and internal project closure meeting;
3. Ensures the adherence to the safe work procedure (SWP) established; and implement risk control measures;
4. Resolves site problems proactively in a timely manner;
5. Ensures the timely preparation of project progress and other reports;
6. Follows up on all aspects of QA/QC matters; records all defects works and ensure proper documentation;
7. Co-ordinates daily activities of workers’ duties and to ensure that they are performed in a proper manner;
8. Makes daily checks on work progress, housekeeping and safety implementation on site with safety personnel;
9. Assists in cost control by reducing materials wastage, usage of tools and equipment, etc;
10. Request and initiate orders of materials required for projects;
11. Documentation on project progress and damage;
12. Ensures proper project documentation including email communication;
13. Any other related duties as assigned.

Requirement:

1. Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with working experience.
2. Knowledgeable in MS Office, MS Project and able to read construction drawing.
3. Training Provided.
