Job description

To inspect the vessel repairs and prepare the inspection reports.
Based on the inspection report, prepare the budget cost estimate and submit the tender proposal to the client for new projects before the deadline.
Follow up with the client for bid status to secure order confirmation.
Project coordination with the client, vendors, subcontractors, and procurement department for all project activities.
Involve in project kick-off meetings and client meetings as required.
Prepare and update material take-off for project procurement and bid proposals.
Raise requisitions for project materials and coordinate with the purchase department for procurement.
Evaluate vendor quotations on technical and commercial aspects.
Prepare project schedules with manpower forecasts according to the agreed schedule with the client.
Project planning, progress reporting, and progressive claims.
Preparation of method statements and risk assessments for various installation works.
Monitor the progress of projects and ensure compliance with safety standards.
Update and monitor various project costs to maintain control within the budgeted project cost.
Track work variations and submit variation costs to the client in a timely manner.
