Pre-plan and prepare construction schedule, and coordinate activities.
Follow up and report on-site and off-site project management and progress.
Prepare and submit progress reports as required by consultants and clients.
Analyse project specifications, including civil/structural, architectural, and M&E drawings.
Conduct thorough monitoring of construction work activities and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly site reports.
Maintain a safe and clean working environment, ensuring adherence to standard rules and regulations.
Perform other project related administrative duties assigned.
Coordinate, prepare, and arrange site inspection with RE & RTO.
Arrange daily Toolbox Meeting with Site Supervisor and WSHC and briefing on site activities and daily tasks.
Attend monthly and weekly safety meetings and site works with the Client.
Prepare necessary submissions for the project, such as RFI, MS, RA, SWP, shop drawings, and supporting documents.
Keep records and summaries related to the project. Maintain project document control for ISO purposes.
Organise the team to attend to emergency defects on Sundays and Public Holidays, and update the status of resolution in the client’s WhatsApp chat group.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 to 4 years of work experience in the infrastructural or marine construction industry. However, fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Relevant project experience in dredging, reclamation, or near shore construction will be preferred.
Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and BCA regulations.
Daily sea travel to island work site is mandatory.
May require assistance in variable projects.
Own travel vehicle will be advantageous.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
