Follow the Project Management Process from award until handover including all statutory requirements and deliverables.
Review project proposal or plan to determine time frame, funding limitations, procedures for accomplishing project, staffing requirements, and allotment of available resources to various phases of project.
Prepare documentation including daily report, monthly progress report, and method of statement.
Direct and coordinate activities of project team, which includes attending site meetings, involving in all internal and external inspection/handover of projects for public use with no critical defects, placing orders for spare parts, and managing technicians/installers work progress.
Oversee drawing management and update client/subcontractors accordingly.
Coordinate and work closely with safety personnel to ensure all government and safety regulations are complied with by conducting safety walks on a regular basis.
Manage cost and pre-empt/highlight potential cost overruns and late delivery of project.
Carry out pre-con survey on the existing building for lift modernization and upgrading proposals to enhance lift safety and control system of lift operation.
